Accuracy Disclaimer
The attractiveness test generated by Attractiveness Test is a tool for aesthetic guidance and entertainment. It is not a clinical medical diagnosis. While the VisionScale Neural Engine v4.2 operates with high mathematical precision, results are heavily dependent on environmental variables.
Lighting & Shadow
Harsh overhead lighting or deep shadows can artificially distort the detection of jawline vectors and skin texture scores.
Focal Length
Smartphone wide-angle lenses (сеल्फी lenses) can cause "face stretching," leading to inaccurate interpupillary and nasal ratio calculations.
Users should understand that "Beauty" as defined by an AI is a mathematical approximation of clinical symmetry and evolutionary signals. It does not account for personality, style, or individual charm.
Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our high-cost AI processing, Attractiveness Test implements a strict Fair Use Policy. Access to the attractiveness test is provided as a public service, subject to the following limitations:
- Daily Limit: 3 scans per 24-hour period per unique user identifier (IP).
- No Automation: Use of scripts, bots, or browser automation to bypass limits is strictly prohibited.
- Content Integrity: Uploading non-human imagery or non-facial content is an abuse of system resources.
- VPN Evasion: Attempts to mask identity to bypass fair use limits result in permanent IP blacklisting.
Intellectual Property
Attractiveness Test and its specific implementation of facial analysis logic are the exclusive IP of the platform. This includes our proprietary VisionScale™ brand, the Neural Engine v4.2 logic gates, and our unique UX architecture designed for the attractiveness test.
Any attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm, scrape the UI design, or utilize the VisionScale name for competing services will be met with legal action. We grant users a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal self-improvement purposes only. Commercial resale of analysis reports is strictly forbidden without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
ATTRACTIVENESS TEST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACTS, OR DECISIONS MADE BY THE USER BASED ON THE GENERATED SCORES. THE TEST IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate access to the VisionScale engine for any user found to be in violation of these terms. This includes harassment of our support team, publishing slanderous misinterpretations of the algorithm, or attempting to distribute malware via our upload portals.
